August 2022 – The Housing Authority of Winston Salem did a grand opening for their new rent to own houses. It was a warm event which reminds us why we work so hard to get new housing in Winston Salem since there are so many people who need it
July 2022 – Recently Linwood Davis with Sylvan Road Partners completed and will lease up 48 new workforce housing units on Kester Mill Road. Here is the video tour so you can see the property before it was occupied.
